Wrongful Death
A wrongful death can be caused by a wide variety of incidents and accidents including, but not limited to:

- Defective product
- Slip and fall
- Inadequate security at an event, venue, or parking lot.

Any proof available that shows the fault of the person or company that was responsible for the death should be kept. This includes:
- Photos of the accident scene
- Medical records
- Police reports
- Names and contact information of witnesses and responders
- The defective product.

In Florida, family members are entitled to compensation for a variety of reasons:
